eBooks for All Ages
World Book eBook contains something for all ages and all subjects. This digital library includes highly illustrated, engaging titles that span the curriculum and reading levels. Some books include interactive games, quizzes, and activities to enrich learning. Both nonfiction and fiction titles are available.
Receive unlimited, simultaneous access to all books in the collection as well as unlimited downloads to any tablet or mobile device via the World Book eBooks app. Each reader can customize his or her reading experience with notes, highlights, drawings, and bookmarks that automatically save when a user logs in to their personal My World Book Account.

- Many Building Block sets come with online activities and ready-made classroom material for educators.
- Many of our eBooks also have downloadable quizzes/activities to accompany them. These are linked directly to the text on the eBooks platform under “More info”.
Resources within eBooks
Many eBooks have interactive resources throughout such as a read-aloud function and multimedia to bring the text to life! Users can also find games and activities inside many World Book originals to further engage the reader.
- Read-aloud function: If a text has the read-aloud function, a headphone icon will display on the cover of the book. Once open, click the speaker to have the text read aloud.
- Multimedia resources: Pictures and videos throughout the book help the text come alive. To find out if an eBook has multimedia throughout, you can check under Resources found in the Table of Contents.
- Games: Games help extend learning with puzzles, hidden pictures, and more. To find out if an eBook has games, click on Resources found in the Table of Contents.
- Activities: There are a variety of activities that accompany eBooks. To access activities with the eBooks, check the Resources found in the Table of Contents.

- Downloadable quizzes: Many eBooks have an accompanying downloadable pdf quiz. Locate the title that you want and clicking more information in the bottom right corner of the ebook cover thumbnail.
