TRAC: Earn while you can.

Split your time between the workplace and classroom while building your resume with valuable, real work experience.

Talent Ready Apprenticeship Connection (TRAC) youth apprenticeships provide meaningful work experience for students engaged in learning the skills they need for a successful career. Students split their time between the classroom and workplace, applying knowledge through a hands-on learning routine. As part-time employees of our TRAC partners, students earn a wage pursuing their education toward a high-paying career. By linking the efforts of industry and education, the TRAC program creates a model that is beneficial to both students and businesses. The TRAC program engages students beginning in high school.

Utah Adopt-a-School: Tomorrow’s future is in today’s classroom.
Utah Adopt-a-School offers businesses opportunities to partner with Utah’s K-12 schools to foster an ecosystem of support, innovation, and career exploration for student success and access to opportunity. Community partnerships with Utah’s education system ensure the collective success of communities, industries, and individuals in this inclusive, proactive industry-with-education approach.

Utah Works: Start your career now.
Take advantage of short-term technical skills training and start your career in a high-demand, high-wage industry. Utah Works provides short-term training for companies needing to hire employees quickly. Industry partners design the program, and they select which courses and training are required.
